We strive to create distinctive and exciting designs that break away from the normal. Our designs create a richness and sophistication that will enhance any size project. We begin by studying the project site; the views, the topography and vegetation. Our designs then grow out of the site fitting perfectly within its context and are then further studied for issues such as solar orientation and visitor approach among many other design parameters.
Residential:
D. Alan Roberts Architects Inc. specializes in the high-end custom residential market. We provide a complete and hands-on approach for our custom clients. We take them from the Programming phase through Design, Construction Documents and Building Construction. The client is involved to the extent they wish throughout the entire process.
For the past 10 years, Alan has been an active part of the design, production and construction of many high-end custom residential projects ranging in construction costs from $500,000 to over $2 million.
Commercial:
D. Alan Roberts Architects Inc. also provides many different corporate and commercial architectural services. Primarily servicing the small to light commercial sector. We have expertise in projects such as Retail spaces, Restaurants, Office Buildings and Branch Banks.
