Capitol Mortgage Services Inc (CMS) is expanding and we are inviting qualified candidates to join our organization. The positions we intend to fill in your area are for Branch Managers.
You can be a Banker or a Broker…you decide. Banking can be very lucrative for you.
- Receive one hundred percent (100%) of the origination and broker/YSP fees. There are no monthly or per loan fees.
- Branch Manager will receive compensation equal to 25 basis points (.25%) of each CMS Sub- prime loan or 12.5 basis points (.125%) on all CMS ALT-A loans closed on the warehouse line.
- If any loan can not close ‘In-House’ you can make use of our many broker relationships for Conventional, ALT-A, Government or Sub-prime to get your deals done.
