About the city: Zhengzhou is not a big and modern city like Shanghai and Beijing. Rather, it is a very traditional Chinese city with real Chinese people and Chinese culture. Huanghe River, Which is considered mother river of China, is close in sight. Also the place where the Goddess created first Asian human, is within two-hour drive. There is a narrow path there where you can pass through, but you cannot get back, just like the procedure of our birth, we get out of our mothers’ body but never can we return.
About English First: EF education was founded by Bertil Hult in Lund, Sweden, in 1965. Its goal was to bridge cultural gaps and break down barriers of language and geography by promoting educational travel, intercultural exchange and language learning. Contract time: Summer, one year, renewable
Courses: Oral English, conversation
Workload: 22 Hours/week
Nationality: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, America.
Qualification and requirement:
-Native English speaker.
-BA degree or TESL/TEFL certificate
-ESL/EFL classroom experience preferred but not required.
-A very strong desire to live and work in China.
-An energetic person who loves teaching.
-An adaptable person willing to make commitment when necessary.
Compensation:
-Monthly salary (in RMB): 5,500(Junior)/7,500(Senior)/9,000(DOS) Yuan (RMB)
-Air Fares: reimburse round-trip (up to US$1,000) for one year contract provided that your fulfillment of one-year service
-Free Accommodation: furnished apartment which include a bedroom, a living-room, a bathroom, basic furniture, TV, a telephone.
