The Courtney & Gabhart Group of ACI has a proven business model, training & mentoring program, and support staff in place. You will be trained by an owner rather than a sales manager as you may find at most of or competitors. C&G provides new hires access to an apartment owner database loaded with key information needed to build your business. You will not find this with our competitors. In fact, you will spend countless hours compiling a mere fraction of the information we provide you before you ever start looking for business. We are looking for individuals who are looking to be rid of fixed salaries and inadequate raises & bonuses who do not want a cap on what they can earn. If hired, you will begin a rigorous and demanding training program designed to build a foundation for a long term career. Expectations for first year’s income is high five figures and expectations of 6 figures in year two on.
