Lewis Dittelman, the Founder and President of Executive Access Inc., began his recruiting career in 1982 and for 15 years was a Branch Manager for Robert Half International. Upon opening his own firm, Lew was committed to matching outstanding individuals with companies that are leaders in their industry. A Bentley College graduate in Accounting, Lew worked for a large International CPA firm in Boston and then moved to Controllership positions in industry. Lew is a Past President of the Worcester, Massachusetts chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and is a guest speaker at business meetings and Chamber of Commerce events.
