International Managers Bermuda Ltd.,(IMBL) majority shareholder is Moore Stephens UK, represented through a Bermuda exempt partnership. Founded in 1907, the Moore Stephens UK group has approximately 25 offices and 1400 partners and staff.
Through this relationship IMBL is part of the Moore Stephens International Network, one of the leading international accounting and consulting networks outside the Big 4, with 440 offices of member and correspondent firms in 91 countries around the globe, involving approximately 12,600 partners and staff.
The aim of member firms is to provide comprehensive modern services to clients globally, through the development and maintenance of a cohesive network that operates to the same high standards of professionalism and value in each country.

Annual Financial Accounting
IMBL can make the year-end process and productions of financial statements as painless as possible, ensuring all deadlines are met. From the production of financial statements for companies and trusts, either annually or periodically as required, in accordance with: U.S., U.K. or IAS GAAP, to the preparation of detailed accounting files in support of a Notice to Reader, a Review Engagement or as basis for an Audit Opinion.
Management Accounting
Key to effective business development and sustainability is to maintain up to date financial information. IMBL can provide monthly or quarterly management accounts to ensure that decisions are based on sound financial data. Preparation of regular or other ad hoc data for management information purposes, including the maintenance of detailed computerized transaction ledgers, investment ledgers, fixed asset ledgers, general ledgers and trial balances.
Bookkeeping
IMBL can outsource the whole of your bookkeeping requirements using our in house team.
Forecasts, budgetary controls and review
IMBL can assist in preparing monthly or annual budgets and forecasts, monitor actual outcomes, put forward areas of concern for discussion. We can also monitor cash flow, implement budgetary control and ensure operations are within the treasury resources.
Administration Services
Support in the form of day-to-day administration services and local representation, including the handling of banking and commercial documentation, cash flow/treasury management control and analysis, invoicing services and related billings.

IMBL will provide timely, accurate and flexible service, tailored to suit various payroll needs.
