JEM Consulting Services, LLC has over 20 years combined experience in the recruiting, staffing field and specialize in Engineering/Technical, Finance/Accounting, Purchasing, and Human Resource positions. Approximately four years ago we started JEM Consulting Services, LLC as a result of what we viewed to be a lack of quality service within the recruiting field. That, combined with the multitude of recruiters who simply pulled resumes from the internet job boards, convinced us that we could do it better. At JEM we pride ourselves on recruiting the top talent in the field through heavy networking and recruiting while not inundating our clients with loads of resumes. After locating a candidate, we then put them through a comprehensive screening process to ensure they are a fit not only in their skills but also with the company culture. Focusing on detail and efficiency, when locating candidates, is our strength.
