K and R Safety, LLC (“K & R”) is a safety consulting and training firm that provides “Production Oriented Solutions” to safety concerns. Our primary commitment is to protect our clients and their employees at the most economic and affordable price possible. Our commitment is facilitated by emphasizing personal relationships during our engagement with ongoing emphasis on quality, satisfaction of our client, and professionalism during all phases of our engagement.
Training: Training is the cornerstone of verifying employees have been informed of the requirements that have been established by a company and can also be used to verify that an employer has conducted due diligence in ensuring the employees safety.
We understand that training cannot always be held in a classroom setting. Therefore, we have developed programs that can be conducted in the field as well as in a classroom setting.
Spanish training is available for some classes.
Procedures: Every Company is structured with a unique set of polices and procedures that have been found to best fit its management style. The company safety program must fit into and be an integral part of that overall set of policies and procedures and thus be consistent with management’s styles to be truly effective. K & R reviews the structure of its client companies, meets with key personnel and reviews current methods and procedures in place, in order to design a safety policy that will be most effective for the individual client.
All procedures will be tailored to your individual company.
Audits: K & R Safety has developed some specific audit packages that we offer to our clients. We have five typical audits Class A, B, C, Training and Record Keeping. Audits can be tailored to meet your specific need or request.
All audit reports will include discrepancies identified and recommend corrective actions.
