We staff for positions for Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Physical Therapy. We place people nationwide.
At MTX we offer three basic types of placement:
Permanent Hire: these are positions with our Healthcare Facility Clients. These positions are ideal for Therapists who know exactly what type of healthcare setting & location they desire. These positions often come with lots of fantastic benefits and some include great sign on bonus and CUE packages.
Traveling Positions: These are short term (13 week) positions where MTX is the employer. Professionals can sign up for a year or per contract basis. The main attraction for this is the paid living and travel expenses associated with the Job. It is a great way to experience a variety of settings and to travel to places without being tied down to a permanent position.
Contract positions:- these are positions where MTX is the employer and the therapist is assigned to a healthcare facility on a more permanent basis, I.e federal contracts which can be yearly to multiple years or Schools that are usually a minimum of 10 months.
Sometimes our people like the facility and location so much they decide to make the employment permanent.
