Biography: Work at either one of our Chicago (Westchester, IL & DeKalb, IL) offices or
in our Boston, MA office. Our 100 specialized recruiters place applicants
with our ~1,500 client companies nationallyYou give us your MOTIVATION, DRIVE and COMMITMENT to learn recruiting. We
promise to TEACH you the business and provide you with the tools and
training necessary to learn how to be a successful recruiter. A recruiter
at CPS, Inc. must make $45K by the end of his/her first year; that turns out
to be an average of one placement per month. We provide you with an 11-week
comprehensive training program--weekly company-wide training sessions-- and
extensive one-on-one training with your manager as well as the group you
work with.
The opportunity to move into management is up to YOU. If you have the
ability to train and develop your own team, you'll become a Section Manager
or Division Manager. If not, there are other avenues for you to consider,
such as Senior Recruiter or Market Specialist.
