Rich Applications Consulting (RAC) is hiring an account manager with proven expertise in the following areas:
* Self-management
* Attention to detail
* Excellent written and oral communication
* Some understanding of the Web 2.0 world (or the ability to learn the lingo quickly)
* Flexibility and willingness to work outside the standard job description
This position is unlike other account manager positions because RAC is unlike other companies. RAC is a fast-growing, young company in the Web 2.0 space developing technologies to lead domestic and international clients into the 21st century.
The ideal candidate will be a high-velocity self starter who doesn’t just wait for the work to find them. This person will be responsible for liaising with clients on a regular basis, following up with prospective clients, identifying needs and generating solution proposals for existing and prospective clients. Because this person will be the face of the company, they must have superior communication skills.
There is no cookie cutter set of functions for this job. The account manager will wear many hats and should be flexible enough to take on different roles at once. Because RAC is a growing company, the potential growth for an account manager is unmatched in similar jobs.
