An environmental and civil engineering design and consulting services firm, recently ranked within the top 100 environmental firms by Engineering News Record, is seeking a Project Manager for our growing Ventura office. We are seeking a self starter who is comfortable working in a team environment managing projects from proposal to construction completion.
The main objective of this position is to lead environmental and civil engineering design projects for the firm’s public and private sector clients. Examples of such projects include pipelines, pump stations, water storage reservoirs, groundwater wells, and treatment facilities.
Key responsibilities/challenges:
1. Managing and coordinating project work on a wide range of projects, including design and construction support of water and wastewater infrastructure.
2. Leading project engineering work, such as studies, preliminary design, final design, and post-design services.
3. Leading report writing, and presentations to clients and agencies.
4. Contributing to proposals and negotiating scope of services for our clients.
5. Directing and supporting junior staff.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of Science in Environmental or Civil Engineering and a Registered Professional Engineer.
2. 7 to 15 years of industry experience.
3. Knowledge of the water and wastewater industry.
4. Previous project management and consulting experience.
