Requirements
Three (3) years experience as a Sr. Project Manager (Education) with 5 years recent experience with K-12 Education projects (DSA); 15-20 years total experience in all phases of the design process from design development through to construction documents.
Must have proven ability in the areas of client management, business development,and project management, and a demonstrated commitment to Quality Assurance.
Must have well developed written and oral communication skills; analytical and problem identification and solving skills abilities.
Excellent CAD skills required.
Must be a Registed Architect, and have knowledge of professional ethics applying to the practice of Architecture.
