Our firm is searching for an experienced VP/Director of Sales to develop and lead the sales division responsible for our existing, and developing, portfolio of international luxury resort real estate projects.
We offer an integrated bundle of services to real estate developers. We currently provide branding, marketing, and sales services for both whole ownership and fractional projects in Central America. Sales are conducted in part through onsite sales offices, but with emphasis on the Events Sales process. Multiple additional projects are currently in negotiations and all projects undertaken will continue to meet our lofty expectations of truly exceptional resort real estate in highly desirable locations.
We believe the successful fusion of these three critical elements, branding, marketing and sales, builds significant value for developers as it represents a departure from the traditional method of outsourcing each one to three different organizations. Our integrated model eliminates communications challenges between separate organizations, reduces developer overhead, and produces exceptional sales and marketing results as a result of a more unified, consistent, and engaging message from first touch through product delivery.

Responsibilities include:
The VP/Director of Sales is responsible for the overall coordination, the functional management and leadership of all of the sales activities of the business.
In coordination with the President, establishes both market and target customer strategies for the company and establishes compensation plans for all sales personnel including salary structures, commission plans, sales contests and bonus plans.
Is responsible for the successful management of the needs of the company's customers in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies.
Is responsible for providing an annual Sales Plan, which includes both annual and monthly sales objectives, quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the plan
in coordination with the company's business plan.
Manages all of the field and in house sales functions of the company's facilities. The position specifically is responsible for field sales, inside sales, and all customer support functions of the business.
Compensation:
Exceptional (Base salary plus override).
Qualified candidates must possess the following requirements:
Real Estate License
Proficient sales management and project strategy within the event sales process with minimum 4-6 years proven experience.
Successful real estate management experience of a sales team.
Proven leadership in Strategic Sales/Planning and development (selection, hiring, training and expanding) of sales teams.
Must be knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
