Responsibilities to include:
-Attract and retain new and current employees
-Monitor procedures and production of the skilled workforce within their department
-Identify necessary training for employees under their supervision
-Serve as the subject matter expert to assist with problems and implement cost effective and productive solutions
-The completion of projects to meet the job schedules
-Determination of manpower needed to complete project to meet job deadlines
-Accountability for man-hours to complete job schedules/deadlines
Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience. Knowledge of MACT standards, NAVSEA requirements: 009-03, 009-06, 009-07, 009-32
