Duties:
Responsible for the most technically demanding engineering development and test programs where a considerable amount of creativity and perception are involved as well as a very high level of independent judgment. Will be involved in all phases of product from cradle-to-grave. Will interface with customers and all internal departments. Will be responsible for balancing performance and cost.


Qualifications:


BSEE required; MSEE or higher preferred. Must have 4 to 10+ years of experience designing AC medium size integral motors.
Knowledge and experience with electromagnetic modeling.
Knowledge of DC motors is a plus.
Experience and knowledge to achieve ruggedized design for air movement is a plus.
Excellent communications skills.
Compensation/Benefits:
Base pay will be 80k to 110k based on experience and expertise. Competitive benefits package available. This is a full time & direct-hired position. Client pays the fee; this is a free service to the candidate.
