We are The Ross-Carlisle Group Inc., a Midwestern based recruiting firm specializing in engineers and other hi-tech and manufacturing professionals. We have over 22 years of combined experience in matching great employees with great employers. Our current client is definitely one of those great employers. It is an Upper Midwestern manufacturer of commercial & industrial steel fabricated products that includes cranes. It is a division of a very large corporation, so you have the financial security of a large company but this site only has 150 people in it, giving you that small company feel. This is a well managed and stable institution and is the leader in its industry. Best of all, it is located in a small community, with minimal traffic, and it is next to a wild preserve. Most people dream of vacationing where you will be living. Think about it, along with a great job, you get clean air, the great outdoors, a short commute and clear mind! What more could you ask for?
