We have a number of key vacant positions at present within Structural Engineering, Resident Engineering, MEP Design and Coordination and Project Management however this role for Senior Resident Engineer requires the following:

Requirements:

• Degree qualified with a minimum of 15 years experience as site/resident engineer
• UAE experience would be preferable however is by no means essential
• High profile project experience (but not necessarily high rise) is essential
• Strong communication and man-management skills essential

Responsibilities:

• Duties will involve monitoring of civil engineering works of high end leisure projects including Villas and Hotels
• Liaison with all other parties involved as well as managing and mentoring less experienced engineers
• Supervision of works ensuring quality control, maintenance of site records, budget awareness and involvement and all relevant report writing
