The incumbent will work with Business Analysts, Technical and Solution Architects, Development and Test teams to lead the design, development, enhancement, maintenance and support of complex solutions and applications for the public sector market.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Project management experience in software development
3. Familiar with advanced software engineering methods and techniques using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and model driven development
