CD One Price Cleaners, the leading dry cleaning and laundry retailer in the Chicago area with over 29 locations, is looking for self-starters who are interested in joining our management team as a Store Manager. We are looking for a few individuals to join us as salaried Store Managers who will work in company operated stores around the greater Chicago area. We have a need for Store Managers in the NW suburbs, South Suburbs and the city of Chicago.
Our company has great opportunities for our best store managers. You can grow with us and possibly join a unique "Manage-To-Own" franchise program to place you on a path to own your own franchise store over time--with no initial capital investment!

You will begin the process as an employee and be paid a competitive salary to receive our extensive 5-week initial training and ongoing support. Then you successfully manage one of our "superstore" dry cleaning and laundry locations as an employee with the opportunity to grow with our organization into other positions or the opportunity to be considered as a candidate for the unique "manage-to-own" franchise program.
We are signing new leases all over the Chicagoland area, including in the city of Chicago and plan to add another 15 new stores in the next two years. We need your talent and experience to help us. As a Store Manager, you will be supported by a District Manager/Franchise Mentor that will teach, support and guide you as you learn our business. If you have a combination of prior management experience, excellent team building skills, an appreciation of outstanding customer service and a work ethic that demonstrates a commitment to success, we would like to discuss this great employment opportunity and future business opportunity with you. Requirements
After your 5 weeks of detailed training at our Countryside store, you will be responsible for:
1. Hiring, training and coaching new team members in different positions throughout the store.
The ability to lead a team toward your goals and objectives.
2. Supervising the entire store staff including the Production Manager who supervises their team members who handle all garment cleaning and production.
3. Interacting with your customers and resolving all customer service questions.
4 Full profit and loss responsibility for your store including driving revenue and managing your controllable expenses with our guidance and input.
5. Ensuring the cleaning and pressing quality is to our high standards. Making sure to "Inspect what you Expect" from your staff.
6. Ensuring that your store is safe, clean and professionally managed.
7. Acting as a mentor/coach to your staff while maintaining a belief in ongoing staff development and training.
7. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
