Responsibilites:
• Will support the comprehensive implementation of Lean Six Sigma within the Organization.
• Will identify, lead and complete Lean Six Sigma cross-functional Projects that will drive Operational Excellence within the category of responsibility.
• Lead in the creation and/or improvement of the Lean Six Sigma Training Curriculum for all levels of the Organization.
• Lead and conduct the training of Black Belt, Green Belt and Yellow Belt candidates within the Organization.
• Coach and mentor Project Champions, Black Belts and Green Belts in the application of Lean Six Sigma to ensure teams are successful in meeting project goals.
• Advise management and provide strategic direction on Lean Six Sigma project selection, integration, resources and prioritization.
Knowledge & Work Experience:
• Black Belt Certification Required, Master Black Belt Certification preferred.
• 150+ hours of Black Belt/Green Belt teaching/training experience.
• Capability to work between DMAIC and DFSS disciplines in manufacturing and transactional areas.
• Industrial, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Electronic background.
• 3-5 years work experience.
• Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred.
