Job Role:
ELG FZE on behalf of FrontierMEDEX are currently inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced Health Care Professionals (HCPs) to provide medical and welfare support to site personnel working in remote site locations including jungle, desert and Polar regions.

Opportunities are available on a long term back to back basis or Seasonal placement to provide primary and emergency healthcare to site personnel, often working in hazardous and austere environments.

Duties may include: First Aid training and promotion of lifestyle issues including fitness, alcohol awareness and healthy eating. The successful candidate will also be responsible for health and hygiene inspections and advising on other safety issues, in addition to general administration and computer based reporting. This position may also require supervision of a small team of medical staff.

Experience/Qualifications:

•Previous international experience is preferred but not mandatory.
•Experience of working in military or on expeditions may be beneficial.
•Minimum of three years' post medical qualification work experience
•Current US Registration
•Good levels of health and fitness
•Computer literate
