Duties included but not limited to:
- Managing room allocations, check in’s and checkout rosters
- Maintain logbook and registers
- Monitor the movement of individuals to and from camp, ensuring discipline and preventing acts of misconduct.
- Carry out all maintenance requests timeously, including preventative maintenance
- Ensure proper use of facilities and areas
- Schedule all housekeeping, administration and maintenance services and ensure standards are maintained.
- Ensure adherence to the company’s Safety Management Plan including consistent reporting requirements.
- Liaising with contractors and clientele
Requirements
- 5 years experience in a similar position
- Human Resources experience
- Maintenance, construction and plumbing / electrical skills
- Excellent management skills, of facilities and large number of staff.
- Experience maintaining financial records
- Computer Literacy and familiarity with hospitality software programs

Previous and extended experience of facilities management on remote sites

Availability from the beginning of March 2012.
