Our client is in need of a Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for the resolution of company customer service issues. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively interact with a variety of personnel at all organizational levels, demonstrate a positive attitude towards self and others as well as manage day-to-day activities and exercise independence. Knowledge of Workers' Compensation is a plus; prior staffing industry experience is a plus.
