Responsibilities
Proactively source quality candidates for current job openings as well as project needs and coordinate usage of existing vendor partners when necessary to support the business staffing needs. Partner with hiring managers, resource managers and regional HR teams to develop and implement candidate sourcing and general recruitment plans according to the organization’s workforce planning process. Monitor and report staffing-related metrics to HR and business leadership.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years in Recruiting/ Staffing is required with at least 4 years in construction recruiting. Must have an in-depth understanding of industrial power construction skill sets and project cycles. An in-depth understanding of the Recruitment life cycle critical.
