Job Description:
Client needs people with different strengths with the Utility Industry (ISU) including combination of:
FICA
CCS
DM Device management
Billing
Requirements:
Must have at least 2 to 5 years experience implementing the IS-U/CCS FI-CA module
Detailed configuration experience with one Dunning, Payments (including Cash Desk and Returns), Account Determination, Settlement Rules, Collection Agencies, Write-Offs/Value Adjustments, Refunds, Security Deposits, Installment Plans, etc
At least 2 lifecycles implementation desired (business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support)
Experience with all phases of an implementation including business process blueprint, detailed design, configuration, testing, and support
Solid understanding of other areas of CCS including Billing, Customer Service (CS), the CIC, and Device Management
Excellent communication skills
Team Lead experience a plus
TX/SET - experience would be a huge plus
