Hiring Criteria
- Extensive knowledge and configuration experience (3-5 years) with SAP HR, with an emphasis on OM, PA, Talent Management, Security and Portal
- 3+ years of experience working with Human Resources, and having a working knowledge of a broad range of HR business functions and processes
- Demonstrated experience in project leadership or management, from business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and planning, through post-implementation support
- Strong ability to create positive business relationships with internal and external clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong meeting facilitation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment
- Experience with web-based application architectures, package implementation and support, and RDBMS concepts
- SAP BW and workflow knowledge is a plus
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst in the Corporate Systems area, you will be a key resource in identifying opportunities to affect business process change through technology, and seeing them through to conclusion. You will play a key role in enhancing or upgrading existing applications as well as implementing and supporting new technology, primarily in the "associate based" application areas such as Human Resources. You will serve as a primary liaison between the business users/Business Analysts and the technical teams to gather and analyze requirements, write functional specifications, build business cases, and coordinate communication between team members. You may also lead small to moderately-sized projects from planning through implementation, and manage vendor relationships.
