Job Description:
5 years hands-on configuration experience implementing SAP R/3 Financial Accounting and Controlling modules (FI/CO) for Fortune 500 clients.
Experience with addressing help desk issues in areas of expertise and assisting with user problems in associated areas.
Experience in the Consumer Products Industry or in a production/service environment similar to that of Scotts.
Experience with structured design, development and implementation of new computing architecture.
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
Requirements:
Expert in SAP R/3 FI/CO module, with minimum 5 years hands on experience in configuration.
A functional expert in the R/3 Financial Accounting and Controlling module with the ability to configure and trouble shoot.
Deep knowledge of FI/CO including following sub modules:
General Ledger
Accounts Receivable.
Accounts Payable
Asset Accounting
Special Purpose Ledger including validation and substitution
Cost Center and Profit Center accounting
Internal Orders
Product Costing
Profitability Analysis
Treasury module is desirable.
Taxware/Vertex integration desirable
Inter company transactions
Deep knowledge of the R/3 Enhancement Concept including Data Dictionary, CMOD, and Application Specific (FI/CO) User Exits.
Fundamental understanding of IDOC’s, and EDI support.
