Position Title: Asset Management Project Manager

Foth, a nationally recognized, employee-owned engineering firm, is seeking an Asset Management Project Manager for our Green Bay location.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementing business strategy through specific aggregate mineral projects
Site prospecting
Negotiating agreements with land owners, negotiating contracts with aggregate companies
Overseeing Infrastructure and Environment technical work to ensure quality and budget compliance
Interfacing effectively with public and regulatory agencies
Financial management of the program
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated ability to operate in a multidisciplinary, self-directed and team-oriented environment with team members residing in multiple locations
Project management and financial management experience
Technical familiarity with the aggregate mineral development process including local government permitting and other necessary regulatory requirements
BS in science, engineering, or business degree with related experience
Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering, consulting and/or aggregate minerals
Ability to travel to client sites and/or other Foth office locations (up to 10%)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in science, engineering, or business
Business development experience
