Lead Civil Engineer
Foth Infrastructure and Environment LLC, is a nationally recognized, privately held engineering consulting firm and an employer of choice. In an effort to support our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Lead Civil Engineer in our Green Bay, WI office.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Bring an existing client portfolio with the ability to retain those existing clients upon transferring to Foth
•Provide technical engineering and project management skills as a lead engineer for our Municipal market(s). Will be involved and/or responsible for a variety of projects including roads, streets, utilities, water systems, wastewater collection and storm water collection systems.
•Attend to client and project needs as necessary in role of primary client contact (attend meetings, participate in proposals, technical presentations and maintenance activities with clients).
•Provide extensive, ongoing business development with existing client base and develop new clients within the Green Bay, Fox River Valley area, central and northeast WI market region.
•Lead, coordinate and build teamwork among other team members/disciplines at all levels
•Travel to client sites and/or other Foth offices (approximately 10%)
Required Qualifications:
•BS Civil Engineering
•15 years + of experience, with strong understanding of the consulting engineering business.
•Engineering feasibility, design and construction management/administration and project management experience for municipal projects.
•Previous experience overseeing and completing technical reports/feasibility studies and design projects
•Previous experience with relevant permitting agencies/processes
•Previous business/client development experience
•Proven record of client retention and maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications:
•BS Business Management
•MS in Civil or MBA
•Registered professional engineer
•Strong interpersonal/communication skills
