JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Communications Lead will develop, maintain, and execute the Communications Plan for the client's MMIS project. The Project Communications Lead will execute communications management processes and standards, including defining the audiences, messages, media, frequency and tools. He/she will lead and assist in the development of the project communication mechanisms (e.g., communications center, website).
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Access ? MS Project is a plus
• Must have excellent communication, problem-solving and customer-service skills
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor?s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university
• Minimum two years of experience supporting provider communications for a state Medicaid Program
• Minimum three years of experience as organizational communications officer
