Job description:
We are currently seeking a senior software engineer/ team lead/ architect to add to our team. This position will be involved in our production environment as well as R&D. We are most interested in your strength as a programmer, your ability to learn quickly, and your motivation.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
• 10+ years experience with strong software development skills
• Demonstrated aptitude for leadership, and interest in team lead/management roles
• Experience as a software architect, designing complex systems
• C#, .Net
• Good communication skills, and ability to work fast, alone or in groups
• Eager to learn new technologies
• Ability to quickly analyze complex systems and solve problems
• Comfortable working in a Microsoft shop
• Bonus points for:
• Experience with VOIP architecture; understanding of SIP, RTP, and related networking protocols.
• Expert in .NET
• SQL Server
• Experience with speech recognition, or eagerness to learn: Nuance recognizer and context free grammars, with C API
• Desire to earn equity in the company
