Position Summary
Responsible for setting up machines Pega,Vipros, EM turrets and running the job Duties Setup Machines Pega, Vipros, EM Check punches dies and special tools prior to set up Load tools into turret and test features Load sheets onto the NC and run the job Performed random checks on parts to assure the part is in spec Shake parts off and deburr parts Maintained NC clean and organized Maintenance standard turret tools Log in and out jobs on ERP system Qualifications
Minimum Skills
Blue print reading Set up skills Hand measuring tools and general tool knowledge Basic computer knowledge Attention to detail Ability to work independently and as a team player Education High School or equivalent
