Mange email and Outlook calendars, receives and process all incoming and outgoing Mail, facsmile and courier duties. Manage daily appointment and prepares correspondance. Arrange meetings, meeting rooms, and other venues, books and confirms appointments, prepares any files or documentation for required scheduled appointments. Plans and arranges travel. Prepares and submit all expense reports for reimbursement.
A minimum certificate in Administrative Support and/or Accounting or a combination of education and at least 3 years related work experience in a professional environment.
High level computer literacy with specific knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
