Our client, a leading independent provider of specialized fiduciary and fund services, is looking to recruit a Senior Vice President in their Fiduciary division. The successful applicant will be required to review complex transaction documents, participate in business development and marketing, coordinate the client acceptance process and manage the ongoing supervision and administration of existing funds. The incumbent will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of offshore companies and must therefore adopt the highest levels of client service in addition to being experienced at liaising with investment bankers, lawyers, investment managers and other transaction parties.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years relevant structured finance experience and be in receipt of a recognized university degree. A professional designation and experience of managing a team would be advantageous.
An attractive remuneration package will be offered and will be commensurate with experience. This is likely to be in the region of us$140,000 - us$160,000 plus additional benefits.
