McGill AirClean LLC has more than 35 years experience solving air pollution control problems for a large variety of industrial sources, including furnaces, boilers, incinerators, kilns and dryers.
The individual will oversee the production workforce in a union shop environment. The duties include directing and working with the production staff in order to meet safety, productivity, quality and delivery requirements and assisting in hiring and training the production staff.
Qualifications include an associates or bachelors degree in industrial engineer or the like, five years supervisory experience in a fabricated plate, structural and tank shop, production experience related to pressure vessels, excellent communication skills and familiarity with plant safety rules including OSHA standards.
