McGill AirSeal LLC offers through our distributors the leading line of sealants and adhesives for residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC ductwork.
The Associate will be based at our Columbus plant and cover the Company’s Central Region, which includes Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, and Canada (Southeastern Ontario-Toronto, Hamilton, and Windsor), recruiting, servicing, motivating and evaluating HVAC wholesale distributors, calling on contractors and consulting engineers, participating in trade shows and conducting training meetings.
In addition, the Associate will assist with national administrative responsibilities, including: purchasing inventory, and product quality & development matters with suppliers.
Experience in construction or general industrial sales, proficiency at using computers, possess a valid drivers license with a good driving record, and excellent communication & presentation skills. Travel away from the office will average about 80 % of the workweek. A bachelor’s degree preferred.
