Job Description:

As General Manager you will be responsible for the operation, local marketing and results of a Laser Quest location. You are accountable for creating a high energy, positive working environment, and are committed to exceeding Customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities Include:
•Implement comprehensive local marketing programs and in-house promotions
•Cost Control
•Interview prospective employees using behavioural-based interviewing techniques
•Develop team members using established in-house training programs and materials
•Build team commitment to high standards of service, exceeding Customer expectations and leading by example to deliver the WOW
•Manage employee performance through motivation, performance appraisals and coaching
•Communicate and monitor adherence to health and safety legislation
•Ensure equipment is maintained to company standards
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate is high energy, outgoing, has strong coaching and leadership skills, and thrives on taking a leading role in building a world class Laser Quest location.
•Minimum 3 - 5 years management in restaurant, retail, service or entertainment industry
•College or university degree (or equivalent work experience)
•Community involvement
•Exceptional customer service
•Basic computer skills
•Able to work days, nights and weekends
