Our global client needs a compensation & benefit executive to design, develop and lead the total rewards function. Experience unifying and integrating programs post-merger on a global basis will be a focus in this exciting role as well as shoring up providers and vendors. You will work closely with the CEO and the SVP of Human Resources on total rewards strategies to support this expanding business.

14+ years developing compensation and benefit programs globally; M&A work; 9+ years experience as a progressive people leader; Excellent project management skills, communication and executive presentation skills for this highly visible corporate role. Fortune 1000 experience highly preferred

Education Requirements: BS, MS preferred
