Our manufacturing client needs a senior level person with extensive knowledge of tooling and processing to provide expertise in procurement of tooling, maintenance of tooling, process improvement implementation, product design and cost reduction. This position supports engineers at several sites (including two international sites) as well as molding and tooling vendors.
Responsibilities: Provide assistance to tooling engineers regarding technical issues, review part design and material selection, manage suppliers within the budget.
Other Qualifications: Experience in injection molding tooling, processing, and part design
Necessary years experience: 10 years engineering experience
Education Requirements: BS Degree in Engineering or related field |
