We are currently seeking an energetic hands-on HR professional for our large manufacturing client in the Tulsa, OK area. This is a great opportunity for someone to step into a role responsible for a workforce comprised of 100 salaried and 900 hourly employees with one direct report. This role is responsible for recruiting, performance management, employee engagement, coaching and development as well as working closely with the Division VP and staff. Key to this role is connecting with the workforce. This is a great stepping stone position with plenty of upward mobility, particularly for candidates open to further relocation.
