This global role will be responsible for winning product architecture and research and development of systems solutions while focusing on best cost, quality and use of assets globally. You will drive leadership to tie together product design and manufacturing processes and build a engineering and technology organization that delivers world-class, cutting edge products. Experience in electro-mechanical devices and/or advanced electronic controls preferred along with a foundation in systems engineering.

Necessary years experience:

Highest completed education preferred: BSEE/BSME w/advanced degree preferred

Other necessary qualifications: 10+ years of progressive product development, 5+ years leading and managing other product development professionals; global experience.
