This large non-union manufacturing facility needs a HR Generalist with 5+ years experience to partner with their business leaders on creating solutions in the areas of training, positive employee relations, performance management, leadership development and talent management. You will support a Director of Operations and their leadership group in all facets of running a fast paced business with a population of 1500+. Being adaptable and able to communicate change will be key to your success. Put on your business hat and come sit at the table!

Education Requirements: BS, MS preferred

Other qualifications: PHR or SPHR preferred. Mfg experience, great communication skills.
