This fast paced organization needs a strategic minded procurement pro to help set up a strong purchasing and supply chain organization to leverage spend across multiple divisions and locations. Experience across a wide range of commodities, focused on indirect items such as telecom, IT, energy, MRO etc… is required as well as the ability to communicate across multi-discipline lines to evaluate enterprise spend patterns and improve cost and efficiencies. This is a ground floor opportunity for a strategic sourcing leader to help design a department focused on enterprise wide initiatives.
Necessary year’s experience: 10+ years
Highest completed education preferred: BS Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, etc,…Masters preferred.
Other necessary qualifications: strong leadership skills, 7+ years in a multi-business environment with 4+ years in strategic sourcing experience and negotiations. |
