Our manufacturing client needs a dynamic HR executive to partner with the executive team on human capital strategies for the continued growth and development of the business.
A proven background in providing practical solutions in a multi site, union and non-union environment in all facets of HR including organization planning and development, talent management, recruitment and retention, labor and employee relations strategy and M&A integration.
10+ years progressive HR experience in an industrial setting; M&A work; 5+ years experience as a progressive people leader; Excellent project management skills, communication and executive presentation skills for this exciting new role supporting the President and senior leadership team.
We are looking for a pragmatic, action oriented, hands on leader with strong business acumen who can bring HR Best Practices to the organization
