The Regional Call Centre Sales and Development/Training Manager is responsible for dealing with all levels of management within the company. The ability to maintain solid relationships is important in any management role, but more so in this role. As a Manager I took a fresh and dynamic approach to the job, as this was key to being successful in a very fast paced environment. English is my first lanuage but I am also able to communicate in Hindi, Zulu and Afrikaans on various levels. I am currently seeking a job that would give me stability and the opportunity to relocate overseas.
