Catering manager or chef

 Negotiate party or a la fourchette with the customers and present ideas to ensure that the request will be met; purchase of provisions; preparation of dishes; decoration; manage and train personnel.  I am proud that my team catered for American, French, German, Swiss, Nederland embassies and other international organizations in Georgia as USAID, SDC, OSCE and their staff. I serve mostly 40-100 person parties but my biggest accomplishment was Christmas Party for 300 people for the US Embassy in December, 2005.  Organized and coordinated creative team and led successful service for two years. We launched choice of new menus. We were serving 60-80 people on average on a daily basis.
