I am seeking a position such as an independent consultant or any position matching my background and experience on part time, or full time base in Shanghai, China , to help create market, business opportunities, and project development, as representative/consultant for a North Amerian or European company or organization. When acting as commercial officer for Canadian Consulate in Shanghai, to mak public reelations with all the provincial, district, and municipal government in East China, and Central China was part of my responsibilities , also when acting as an independent consultant and representative working together for and with a few European companies, PR with a lot of district and provincial governments where we were working on such projects as environment protection, medical projects, etc. , was also my job while our projects were goin gon, Additionally, I had to keep in close coordinatoin with such concerning government ornanizaions as environment protection bureau, health bureau, etc. That covered lots of cities of Anhui, Shandong, Hebei, Hubei , and Hunan provinces. I used to be a general manager of a Canadian- Sino JV in Shanghai early 1994---late 1997 as a representative from Canada to manage the JV, where we manufacturing printing equipment with technology transferred from Canada.
