Nature of duties includes prepares necessary documents and reconciliation report for review for the shop supply supervisor. Perform monthly reconciliation of repair parts and subsequent follow-up by using personal computers. Through knowledge of US Army supply systems. Responsible for requisitioning repair parts for the army equipments to include wheeled, Tracked and Engineering vehicles, keeps a track record of all top priority work orders and ensures their chronological parts receipt. Prepare the necessary documents for turn in process of excess and on serviceable repair parts. Researches parts and details through Federal Logistic System (FEDLOG) and Army Logistic programs designed by the United States Army, both on compact disc for personal computers, prior to ordering repair parts. Operate Forklift and Light Motor Vehicles
