"Duties: Primary responsibility of this position is to plan and manage the delivery of selected business process management initiatives on behalf of the Corporate Program Management office and in support of strategic goals. Working in partnership with the initiative's Managing Director and maintain P&L aspect within the vertical. Managing the development and implementation of associated cross-functional programs, teams, plans and schedules in alignment with corporate objectives. In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): • All activities will be carried out in partnership with the program’s Managing Director. o Note: The program involved multiple sub-projects. • Assists in development and evolution of Corporate Program Management methodologies and PMBOK standards. • Provides leadership and management oversight to ensure that initiative's outcomes achieve measurable results in support of company goals and business objectives. • Creates and executes program plans and schedules and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. • Identifies stakeholders and cross-functional resource requirements. Performs scoping and LOE assessments, and aligns departmental & individual responsibilities. • Ensures Document Management & Retention to adhere with Sarbanes Oxley, HITS & Regulatory Standards and Guidelines. • Prepares for and delivers periodic Executive Communication Reviews. • Evaluates and manages program risks. • Acts as the focal point for cross-functional team communication. • Responsible for working with and mentoring junior level Program Managers "
